China Flight Simulation Associan Establishment First Meeting

June 3-4th, 2004, the first meeting on establishing China Flight Simulation Association (CFSA) organized by China Aviation Radio Model Sports Center (CARMS) and Aero Sports Federation of China (ASFC) was held at China Foreign Enterprise Service Center (FESCO) in Langfang, Hebei.

The meeting agreed on the constitution, organization, commissioners and task of CFSA. The cyber air sports in the near future are divided into 3 types: classical combat, cival aviation and modern combat, which meet the requirement of various aviation fans.

The registered members of CFSA will be given the formal certificate promulgated by FAI and examined each year. The formal members have the right of gaining the service provided by the committee of CFSA, including correlative informations and free flying training. Members can apply for the national athlete certificate. The virtual instructors and referees will be selected from the members and gain some subsidy according to their work.

The official website of CFSA will combine the resources of www.dof.cn (classical combat), www.cfso.org (cival aviation) and www.3gofly.com (modern combat) with each comparative independence and multitude.

CFSA plans to have 100,000 registered members till 2010 and over 200,000 till 2015, which will prepare many professionals for China aviation and flying sports.
